This policy explains how One Connection LLC ("we") handles information when you visit this website or use our services, including your customer portal.
What we collect
- When you sign up: your email address, the account name you choose, and a password. If you choose an IP-to-IP gateway, we also keep the IP address you give us.
- When you use the service: call records, which include the number called, the time, the duration, the charge and the reason the call ended, plus the caller ID you send.
- When you pay: top-ups are made in crypto through a payment processor. We receive the amount and the confirmation. We never see the keys of your wallet.
- On this website: we do not run our own analytics or advertising cookies. Our customer portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own policy.
Why we use it
To provide the service, to bill you, to answer your questions, to keep the network safe and prevent fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- With the carriers and providers that complete your calls, only what is needed to connect them (such as the number called and the caller ID you send).
- With the payment processor that handles crypto top-ups.
- With authorities when the law requires it.
- We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep account and call records for as long as we need them for billing, for resolving disputes and for legal requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.
Keeping it safe
We limit who can see account data, and we protect the portal with sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer. We may need to keep some records where the law or an unpaid balance requires it.
