Refund Policy

Unused balance

If you have balance in your account that you have not used, you can ask us for a refund of that unused balance. Message us on WhatsApp from the contact you used to sign up, and tell us the amount. We will confirm the amount and how it will be paid back.

Calls already made

Balance that has already been used for calls is not refundable, because the calls have been delivered to the network.

Wrong charges

If you think a call was charged wrongly, tell us the number, the time and the call record. We will check it, and if the charge was wrong we will correct it.

Mistaken top-ups

If you sent a top-up by mistake, contact us as soon as you can with the transaction details, and we will see what can be done.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back in crypto. Network fees may apply. We will tell you the details before we send it.
