Using our services

These terms apply when you use the services of One Connection LLC ("we"). By signing up or using the services you agree to them. If you use the services for a company, you confirm that you may agree for it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password and everything done with them. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your details. Give us correct information when you sign up.

Balance and charges

• Our services are prepaid. You add balance to your account, and your calls are charged to it at the rates shown in your portal. Rates for each destination are visible to you before you send calls.
• Please keep your balance above zero. When it runs out, calls stop.

Acceptable use

• You must follow the laws that apply to you and to the places you call. You must not use our services for fraud, harassment, illegal or unwanted automated calls, or to mislead people about who is calling. You must not send traffic that harms our network or other customers.

Service quality

We work to keep the services running well, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of faults. Call quality also depends on the networks between you and the person you call.

Suspension and ending

We may limit or suspend an account, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, the law, or puts our network or other customers at risk. You can stop using the services at any time. Unused balance is handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Changes and contact
